YDS’s Environmental Policy 

Philosophy

YDS has been producing a number of innovative products to support a more comfortable livelihood. On the other hand, it is a fact that these activities may negatively influence the environment. We take this matter seriously and respect the nature through production tender toward environment for continuing our business . We realize that preserving the environment in this irreplaceable planet is one of the most important tasks, and we put the first priority on environmental preservation in our business activities as far as our technology and financial position allow us. 

Environmental Policy

YDS’s electronic components such as chip resistors, attenuators and terminators are used in various electronic appliances, and play an important role in the life of people and industry. We strive to preserve the environment by establishing and implementing environmental policy. Our environmental policy requires that:  

1.      In every stage of manufacturing activities and related services, we shall strive for minimizing the quantity of materials, minimizing wastes and minimizing energy consumption by more efficient use.

2.      We shall strive for continual improvement of environmental management system and prevention of pollution.

3.      Our activities shall always comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements relating to the environment, enacted by the national government and the local governments.

4.      In order to implement this policy, we shall establish environmental objectives and targets and by reviewing these we carry out improvement activities.

5.      Employees shall be fully trained by environmental education to raise their consciousness, in order to ensure participation by the entire staff.

6.      This environmental policy shall be available outside the company.
